This 21 Day’s Uganda safari will take you to the source of the Nile River, the longest river in the world, from where you can explore and enjoy the river as it leaves Lake Victoria for the Mediterranean Sea at Cairo, Egypt; you will also do a Kampala City tour and afterwards visit four national parks full of wildlife including mountain gorillas, chimpanzees and other big game as well as watch numerous bird species; you will wind up your tour by relaxing in Entebbe and visiting Mabamba Swamp.

Welcome to Uganda: On day 1 of the 15 Days Best Of Uganda Safari, you will be welcomed in Uganda the pearl of Africa by Lulu Safaris processional guide upon landing at Entebbe international airport. Brief you about this 2 weeks adventure as you head to your reserved hotel in Entebbe or Kampala. Upon arrival at the hotel, you will check in for a meal then spend your evening at leisure.

After breakfast on day 2 of 15 Days Best Of Uganda Safari, check out of the lodge and start meet your safari driver and embark on a journey to Jinja with a stopover at Mabira forest one of the nest and natural forest in Uganda. Proceed your journey to Jinja where you will enjoy your lunch before embarking on an afternoon boat cruise along Nile River to visit source of the Nile. Later in the evening, you will be transferred to Kapchorwa where you will spend an overnight at the base of Mount Elgon. You may also choose to do some optional activities such as White water Rafting on the Nile, Tubing the Nile, Bungee Jumping, horse riding among others at an extra cost.

Sipi Falls is a series of three waterfalls in Eastern Uganda in the district of Kapchorwa, northeast of Sironko and Mbale. The waterfalls lie on the edge of Mount Elgon National Park near the Kenyan border. You will transfer to Sipi Falls and view the caves, plantations of coffee, and Matooke along the way. Enjoy the beautiful scenery of the sun setting, and have dinner later in the evening.

After breakfast, you will encounter the Sipi Falls - a series of three raging waterfalls. Enjoy a guided village walk. You will explore the coffee plantations and see how Arabica coffee is locally grown and processed. Later, head to the lodge, relax, and have dinner.

Moroto is a town in the Moroto District in the northern region of Uganda. It is the location of the district headquarters. Start your journey to Moroto town by going off the beaten track and hoping for a market day to visit the tribes. Bumpy roads with a scenic reserve area and a total village setup are the highlights here. On reaching Moroto, we will immediately check in at the hotel, have a rest, and watch the sunset.

Start your day with an early game drive in the wilderness of Kidepo valley national park where you will be overwhelmed by several wildlife that occupy the plains and the Narus valley at large. Return to the lodge in time for lunch if you never packed a lunch box and return to the park still on a game drive heading to the south Sudan border where you will visit the hot springs and return to your lodge on a sunset game drive. Amongst the mammals spotted during the game drive on this day include Lions, Elephants, buffaloes, warthogs, bush babies, wildebeests, water bucks and many more without forgetting several birds, butterflies and the entire flora of the park that is ever green throughout the year.

On this day, we will do a game drive and a cultural walk. Head out for a cultural tour to the Karamojong people for a truly unique experience. They are a very interesting group of people with their unique culture visible in their way of dressing, cooking, dancing, and other daily activities. Enjoy a rewarding game drive through the open savannah, rocky outcrops, forests, and rings of mountains. Drive extensively up to Kanangorok Hot Springs and brace yourself for photo opportunities and chances of catching sight of more wildlife, especially lions sitting on the rocks as they scan the park for possible prey. Later, transfer back to the lodge for dinner and overnight.

After an early morning breakfast at your hotel, you will depart from Kidepo Wilderness and head towards the south, driving to Murchison Falls National Park for the ultimate safari holidays experience. You will make a brief stop at the Ziwa Rhino Sanctuary – a place which was set up to restore the depleted rhino population. You later transfer to the Murchison Falls, arriving in the evening and check-in at your safari lodge for dinner and an overnight rest.

You will awake to the strangely beautiful noise of the vibrant wildlife in the park; the chirping of crickets, the twittering of the birds and the sound of the waterfalls. After an early morning breakfast, you will set out for your first safari holidays adventure in the park – a game drive accompanied by a professional ranger. A game drive on the Northern bank around Buligi game tracks will allow you to spot elephants grazing, herds of buffalos , the graceful giraffes, duikers, warthogs, reedbucks, bushbucks, the strange-looking hartebeest and the cherished Uganda Kob. Lions maybe seen occasionally and leopards are usually spotted at dusk.

After having breakfast in the morning, you will leave Murchison Falls and depart for Kibale National Park, to have more safari holidays excursions. You will stop at Hoima in the afternoon to have lunch and continue with your journey. You will then reach Kibale National Park and check in at your choice accommodation. You can then launch out on a bird watching excursion in the famous Bigodi wetland sanctuary or you can go out on a nocturnal walk to spot the strange night creatures that leave their hideouts at dusk; the nightjar, potto, bush baby, cricket, tree hyrax, the occasional civet and serval cat. You will have an innumerable number of safari holidays excursions at the park.

After your breakfast you will set out to the park headquarters for instructions before setting out on your chimpanzee trekking excursions. Kibale National Park has the largest number of chimpanzees and a number of families have been habituated to make trekking easier. With the aid a professional guide you won't take long before encountering the endangered species; you will be able to watch them go about their daily tasks from a short range – mother's nursing their infants, the little ones playing and swinging in the trees, the proud males making rounds and keeping a keen eye on their families.

After breakfast, you drive to the park headquarters where you will have a briefing and then set out for a morning game drive to explore the wildlife in the Queen Elizabeth National Park. The most famous game drive trails in the park include; the channel drive circuit and the Kasenyi plains drive. In the afternoon after your lunch, you will set out for a boat cruise on Kazinga channel, a 40 km water channel that links Lake Edward and Lake George where you will be able to spot a large number hippos and Nile crocodiles plus a number of water birds.

Enjoy a relaxed breakfast and then travel to the Ishasha sector of Queen Elizabeth National Park – famously known for its resident tree-climbing lions. The chance of spotting these lions is about 70% though sometimes they are hard to spot (most especially when they are down in the grassland looking for prey). Should you get to spot them, the sight is picturesque and memorable. From Ishasha, you will continue to Bwindi Impenetrable National Park. With a strenuous day ahead, you will do less on arrival but just check in your accommodation, relax as you prepare for the Bwindi gorilla trekking experience the following day.

After your breakfast, your safari holidays excursions will continue when you set out further south to the formidable Bwindi Impenetrable Forest National Park. Once in Bwindi, you will have your lunch and then go out on a community – social encounter to meet the Batwa pygmy people. The Batwa were the initial forest dwellers who co-existed with the mountain gorillas and other wildlife.

After breakfast, your day's gorilla trekking tours excursion will begin when you report at the park headquarters for a briefing on the gorilla tracking etiquette. It is after this meeting that you will transfer to the Impenetrable forest with your picnic lunchbox to commence a 30 minutes – 8 hours hike in quest for the prized mountain gorillas. Later in the afternoon you shall transfer to the transfer to Mgahinga gorilla national park.

After breakfast, your day's golden monkey tracking will begin when you report at the park headquarters for a briefing on the golden monkey tracking etiquette. After the briefing, you will start trekking in the forest in search of the golden monkeys and once found, you will be allowed to spend one hour with them in their natural habitat which gives you a chance to learn about their behaviors, watch them jump up in tree branches, take photos and record videos. Later in the afternoon you shall transfer to the transfer to Lake Bunonyi for an evening relation on the Islands. You will sail to the various islands on the lake, the Lake is famous for over 29 islands among which is the famous Akampene (Punishment Island) and Bwama and Njuyeera (sharp's island). A tour to the islands will give you a chance to see over 200 bird species.

Take your breakfast having amazing views from surrounding hills, forests and the beautiful rays of the morning sun. After head out for a canoe ride on the lake which harbors 29 islands and almost every island with a history such as the Punishment Island – enjoy the stories from the guides on this boat ride. Return to the lodge, have lunch and in the afternoon, take a walk, or hike up the hills to enjoy more spectacular views of forests and lakes, or watch birds, or read a book while relaxing by the lake shores, or swim in the lake which is Bilharzia free and safe for swimming.

Have breakfast and set off to Lake Mburo NP via Mbarara City. You will arrive at the accommodation in Lake Mburo in time and rest before moving for an afternoon-to-evening game drive. On the game drive, expect to see the gigantic eland antelopes, zebras, topi, impalas, Uganda kob and Cape buffalos among others. Later, relax at the accommodation where you will spend the night and have your dinner.

Enjoy your early breakfast and proceed for the Mburo morning park (bush) walk in the presence of an armed Uganda Wildlife Authority ranger-guide. On this early morning guided walk, you will have the opportunity to encounter (at close range): Zebras, Giraffes and Eland, Topi and other antelope, Cape buffaloes among others. Optionally you may take a the Trail to the top of the hills and see Lake Mburo and beyond. From this vantage point, you will have a great view of 9 of the twelve lakes surrounding Lake Mburo NP. Thereafter, you then hit the road to Entebbe with an en-route at the Equtor Point at Kayabwe to take some photos and refreshments.

Transfer to the Mabamba Swamp on the shores of Lake Victoria. At Mabamba Swamp, you will set out on the lake in a local canoe guided by an expert birder. You will explore the swamp in search of the infamous shoebill stork, the grey-crowned crane (Uganda’s national bird), the saddle-billed stork, the African fish eagle, and the malachite kingfisher. Enjoy a city tour of Entebbe. Later, head to the hotel for dinner and overnight.

Breakfast will be served early, whereafter the driver will transfer you to Entebbe International Airport in time for your air transfer.
